An Update Regarding the COVID-19 Situation

To our valued customers,

 

In an effort to do our part to combat the spread of COVID-19, we will be closing our physical location to customers effective tomorrow, March 20th, through the end of March. During that time, we will continue to have staff on-site Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm to answer questions and provide information over the phone and via email. However, we ask for all in-person contact to be suspended unless deemed absolutely necessary, in which event accommodations should be coordinated over the phone at 651-645-2443 or via email at [email protected].

 

In the interim, any customers who still wish to shop with us can continue to do so through our web store at www.finnsisu.com. We will also be available to process orders over the phone for those who cannot access our web store or who would prefer an alternate payment method. Furthermore, all orders over $50 will be eligible for complimentary shipping to any location within the contiguous United States.

 

Lastly, a specific note for sauna customers: in keeping with our attempt to limit all person-to-person contact, we will not be able to arrange site visits and installs at this time. In spite of that, we will continue to provide CADs and quotes as requested and will be happy to move projects along in whatever way we can remotely. We thank you for your understanding and continued patience at this time.
