Due to social distancing constraints this summer, our Vakava Juniors summer training program is going virtual. Sessions start June 15.
We will be sending out weekly training plans for beginner to advanced skiers, including links to roller ski, dry land, and strength drills. We will also provide video analysis of skier-supplied videos, weekly Zoom meetings, fitness testing and more.
Because of the experimental nature of our 2020 program, it will be free of charge.
The program is designed for junior high, high school, and college skiers, but adults can sign up too.
