U.S. shipping rates are on a sliding scale based on object weight and dimensions and is calculated based on your cart contents. Shipping rates to Canada are similarly calculated, adjusting for customs and additional fees.

Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS, if you. All orders are shipped insured.
Additional charges apply for any expedited shipping methods like 2nd day or overnight express. Please get in touch with us as you order in case you want your order to reach you faster than other normal methods.
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
For new unused returns/exchanges please call for a return authorization.
Shipping fees are not reimbursed, except in cases of error by Finn Sisu. Returns may be subject to restocking/handling fees.
