Dryland Clinic with Michaela

Join us at Battle Creek Recreation Center for a dryland clinic on Wednesday October 15 @6pm. This is a great way to learn some new skills, work hard, have fun, and get ready for winter. Bring your bounding poles (classic length works great), running shoes, headlight, and positive attitude! This event is free, open to all ages and abilities. There will be fun prizes provided by Salomon Nordic. The trail lights should be on at the time of this clinic, but we recommend bringing a headlamp just in case. Please fill out a waiver beforehand, or plan to at the start of the event.
