What are the store’s hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 10-7, Saturday 10-4, and 12-4 Sundays.

What credit cards do you accept?

We offer the following payment methods: Credit Card – We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (U.S. orders only.) We also accept PayPal. We generally do not accept credit cards from international customers.

 What about taxes?

All Minnesota customers pay sales tax of 8.375% in Lauderdale MN.

When will I receive my shipment?

All merchandise is subject to availability and prior sale and, all orders are subject to acceptance by Finn Sisu. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly. How do I return my order?

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. For new unused returns/exchanges please call for a return authorization. Shipping fees are not reimbursed. Returns may be subject to restocking/handling fees.

What does “Sisu” mean?

“Sisu” is a Finnish word that roughly translates as the ability to persevere against steep odds; determination; the drive to overcome adversity. It is a very good thing to have, both in skiing and in life.

How do I choose the best skis for me?

We strongly recommend that you stop by the shop to talk with our expert staff. They will ask you questions about the kind of skiing you enjoy (recreational, racing, backcountry), your skill level, size, general fitness level, and will select the skis that best suit you.
